The results when the Glow effect is fi rst applied probably look
worse than what we started with. Let's fi x this. There are many
parameters in the Glow effect, but the three that I use most often
are Glow Threshold, Glow Radius, and Glow Intensity. The Glow
Threshold parameter specifi es the tolerance for what brightness
levels will glow. Take the Glow Threshold value down to 28% to
apply glow to more of the areas with lava in this image (Fig. 17.31).
