effect attempts to simulate the surface of water, or other fl uids.
It does this by allowing you to specify a map for the fl oor of the
water's surface, a map for the displacement of the water's surface,
and a map for a sky, refl ected in the water's surface.
The Caustics effect was designed with the Wave World effect
in mind. Due to the alphabetical ordering of effects, we're going
to cover Caustics fi rst. If you don't know a thing about Wave
World, you'll be fi ne because I've already created the Wave
