after removing grain from the
one of the most useful features of the Fractal Noise effect, and the
lack of a similar feature in Turbulent Noise is a big deal breaker for
me. From what I understand, the math behind the scenes with the
Turbulent Noise effect is supposed to be much more advanced.
Perhaps I need more time with this effect, but at the time of writ-
ing this, I haven't seen much to write home about. For most pat-
tern-generating tasks, I still turn to Fractal Noise as my texture
maker of choice.
