The Tint Effect
The Tint effect (and the Tritone effect coming up next) is used
to recolor footage by remapping all of the color values. In the case
of the Tint effect, all color values are remapped to two values—
one specifi es what black is remapped to, and that the other what
white is remapped to. This effect can be used to remap the colors
in already-colored footage, or it can be used to add color where
there are only grayscale values, such as with patterns created with
the Fractal Noise effect.
