The solution here is to do something we haven't yet attempted.
We need to darken the black point. In other words, we need to
darken the darkest part of the image. So far, we've adjusted the
curve itself, but the lower left and upper right corners of the curve
represent the darkest and brightest parts of the image, respec-
tively. To darken the black point, drag the lower left corner point
of the curve to the right, along the bottom edge of the graph. I
stopped at about 40% of the way. If you're wondering how I knew
to take it to that particular spot, I used the Info panel as a guide.
