I spiced up my HelloWorldLayer scene with some additional cocos2d labels in the
background and labels for the buttons. You'll find these code changes to the Hel-
loWorldLayer class in the ViewBasedAppWithCocos2D project. The result looks
something like Figure 15-9 .

Summary
This chapter provided you with everything you need to know to successfully and pain-
lessly mix cocos2d with regular UIKit views. You now have the option to choose how
much UIKit you want in your cocos2d app and when, where, and how you'd like your
