First, select the project DoodleDrop in the Project Navigator. This brings up the list of
targets where you select the DoodleDrop target and then choose the Summary tab.
Under the iOS Application Target section, there's a pop-up control labeled Devices that
gives you three choices: iPhone, iPad, and Universal.
In Figure 4-8 the target is set to build a Universal app. Changing this setting to either
iPhone or iPad will restrict your app to users of that device. Of course, iPad users can
still buy and download iPhone apps, but they're displayed on the iPad as an iPhone
screen-sized app that iPad users can optionally zoom up with the 2x button.
